policies
Reservations for Taos Northstar are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of one half the entire
stay (minimum one night in full). Balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. Northstar has a
non-smoking policy
cancellation:
- If notified 21 days prior to arrival date, 90% of deposit is refunded.
- Guests who cancel within 20 days (or less) of arrival forfeit the entire cost of their stay
(both deposit and balance) unless we are able to fully rebook the room. Partial refund will be made
for a partial rebooking. Credit for a future stay will be given at owners discretion.
- Large bookings require a 90 or more days cancellation period at innkeeper's discretion.
